PARTY COORDINATORS At Universal DJ Productions, Inc. /Affair Effects Weddings & Special Events, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their affair and thus make the planning process a collaborative effort. We want the end effect to reflect your style, passion, and taste. With that as our focus, we meet with you to plan every detail of your affair. Whether it is an intimate gathering with friends and family or an elaborate affair, we ensure that your dreams become a reality. Our company will take you through the steps of planning your affair by connecting you with our affair coordinators to assist you in choosing your wedding details. The affair coordinator will give you access to our association of vendors and manage your affair, up to the very end. You have the option of selecting one of our packages or creating your own from our A La Carte list. Our party coordinator will work within your budget without letting the important details be left out. Our main goal when all is said and done is for your guests and you to have had an affair that will be unforgettable and you were completely fulfilled. Affair Effects now has the ability to completely transform your basic affair or ordinary spaces into your complete fantasy and making them a physical reality. Affair Effects has created a style which combines wholehearted and well-balanced colors, affective textures, shapes that are both architectural and organic, and modern adaptations of traditional elements to excite the senses in insightful ways. Inspired by the new technology of lighting, materials, and our ability to activate all your senses, we are becoming known for taking small events and changing them, reshaping them to create grand, spectacular dramatic statements. This is all done by coordinating with your very own personal Affair Coordinator. We will organize everything such as Disc Jockey Services, florists, videographers & photographers, invitations, table linens, chairs, glasses and tableware. We will also custom make your fantasy Affair cake created by Fantasy Cakes! Everything you need can be done with us! The day of the affair, Universal DJ Productions/Affair Effects will be there every step of the way to make sure all your needs are taken care of until everything is completed.
