Q) How far in advance should we sign a contract for Universal DJ Productions,Inc.?
A) Most clients sign a contract about two (2) years in advance or when you have an exact date and time picked out
Q) Once the contract is signed, can we make changes to our contract such as performers or different items?
A) Yes, you can make changes to add, not remove, do to the fact that we make sure the items you signed for will not be in use for other affairs. You can only make these requests for changes up to four (4) weeks prior.
Q) Is Universal DJ Productions,Inc. insured for liability, property, and injury during our affair?
A) Yes! Universal DJ Productions,Inc. is fully insured by HRH Insurance which we will send a copy to your banquet facility for the day of your affair.
Q) How does payment work with Universal DJ Productions,Inc.?
A) We ask at the time of signing the contract for a quarter (1/4) deposit and payment in full 14 days prior to the affair or event date.
Q) What form of payment does Universal DJ Productions,Inc. accept?
A) We accept check and cash. We accept personal checks for deposit but for final payment in certified check or cash. We also accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit/Check Cards), but there is an additional 9.5% added to the final payment.
Q) Am I guaranteed the performers listed on the contract.
A) We guarantee our performers that are listed on the contract unless means that occur out of our control (ie. Injury, termination, or family/personal emergency)
Q) When is all the information such as the music request list, candle lighting, or guide sheet due?
A) All written requests or information necessary to make your affair a huge success must be turned in four (4) weeks prior unless noted on the contract otherwise.
Q) Does your listed prices include the gratuities?
A) Gratuities are not included in the Package or A La Carte prices but are suggested for any entertainment service.
